If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it by performing the following actions.
- Click on either Client Area or Login within the client portal.
- Click Forgot your password?.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send me my password.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click that link.
- Another email will be sent to your email address containing your new password.
You should now be able to login to the client portal with the new password. Make sure you change your password after logging in for security reasons. Resetting your password is different than changing your password. Remember, only the email on file will receive the new reset password.
