If you need to change your account’s password, follow the below instructions. Please note that you cannot change your password while logged in unless you know the current password. This security measure is necessary if you’re accessing your account from a public terminal and forget to logout, and someone attempts to change your password without your authorization.
- Login to the client portal.
- Hover over Account and click Change Password.
- In the first field, enter your old password.
- In the second field, enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password in the third field.
- Click Save Changes. Your new password is active and will be required to access your account.
Remember to change your password frequently for added security to your account.
