If you wish to restrict Minecraft access to whitelisted members, follow the instructions below to enable a whitelist.
- Login to your server and edit your server.properties file.
- Find the line that says white-list. Change false to true.
- Save the file.
- Simply restart your Minecraft server.
Now users that aren’t on the white list may not access your server. You’ll notice that there’s a white-list.txt file, you can add users to that list, one user per line.
