It’s important to take account security seriously, so we have an included feature to help you limit logins to your chosen IP addresses. To restrict IP access to your account, follow these instructions.
- As always, you’ll have to be logged in to modify your account settings. Login to your account.
- Hover over Account and click Security.
- Next to the IP accesss / Subnet field, enter the permitted IPs you’d like to access your account.
- Click Add allowed IP / range.
Once you’ve added an IP address to your restricted IPs list, invalid logins will be met with the following message: This account IP restrictions does not allow to login from your IP.
Warning!, make sure you add your primary IP address first (The one you’re currently using). Our client portal will tell you what your IP is before adding an IP address. Make sure you add the IP address displayed after Current IP Address: first before adding additional IPs.
